From computers and servers to cellphone batteries and hard drives, United Recycling helps homeowners dispose of their old electronics when they’re no longer working or just don’t get used anymore.
In today’s world, electronics become obsolete faster than you can keep up. If you’ve got cellphones, laptops, batteries, fingerboards, hard drives, laptops, motherboards, computers, processor chips, rams, routers, and similar items, United Recycling will be happy to take them off your hands. We will also write you a check for the value of your items.
Some metal items are not as easy to break down for recycling. Doing so can be dangerous for the environment and our staff due to volatile chemicals and other hazards. Electronic items we DO NOT buy include computer monitors, radioactive materials, remote control batteries and televisions.
Fun Fact! Every ton of recycled steel saves 2,500 pounds of iron ore, 1,000 of coal, and 40 pounds of limestone.
